The white patches here were diagnosed as early Oral Cancer this can happen any time young or old.

White patches like this one are common in tobacco users. This lesion is non-cancerous now but it could change into cancer at any time. Often, these tissues change back to normal when you stop using tobacco. This is a great reason to quit.

Smokers often get these lesions on the top of their mouth. It is called NICOTINE STOMATITIS. These lesions are reversible once the person has stopped smoking.
